RETURN POLICY
We only accept returns on products that are found to be damaged upon arrival or when the incorrect item is delivered to you. If you wish to return a product then be sure to do so within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that we don't accept returns on products after the initial 30 day time period has passed.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first so that our staff can approve your return. We do not accept returns without prior approval from our staff.
Approved refunds, credits and product exchanges will be issued to you within 3 to 5 business days from the date that your returned order is processed. Please note that in some cases your credit card processor will not reimburse the transaction fees associated with your returned order.
