DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
All of our digital products, such as our icons, are delivered through a download link. Once you've completed your transaction we will immediately email you a download link where you can access your purchased items. Our download links are only active for a 72 hour period of time, upon which they expire. If your download link expires before you've accessed your order then please email our customer service staff for a fresh download link.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver any of our digital products through standard postal mail on cds, pen drives or any other digital data storage devices.
If you lose the digital copy of a purchased product then please contact our staff for a replacement copy. To receive a replacement copy you will be asked to provide the transaction ID number from your original purchase invoice. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide replacement product copies in cases where the transaction ID number is not provided.
